my game will not open at all

I can't open my game. ive been dealing with this for a few weeks now. I've done all of the troubleshoot process and nothing is working. can someone help me?

    @isettbrii 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
