My generations are disappearing!

Hey everyone!

So, I have been religiously playing Sims 4 since 2015. And since then I have been expanding the same family tree. I imagine I should have had around 50 generations or more. Not sure exactly, because the game keeps deleting my old generations! Every 10 generations or so and they are gone into oblivion.

When I first got in touch with EA support, they suggested that mods are causing this, but at the time I didn't use any.  After reading the forums, I learnt about the culling and tried to install MC command center, I tried individual mods to stop it, but nothing helps!

Does anyone have any ideas how to preserve my family tree?
