My house keeps reverting back to last saved

i built a house recently and furnished the first floor completely and saved it and when I went back today I see that nothing I put in the house is loading I tried to extend the wall saved it and went...

    Thanks, I've moved your post from the Console board section into the Game Issues & Mod/CC boards instead.

    Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
    If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

I am playing on a PC I don't know what version I'm using my sims game is currently updating.

    yeah i am i added some cc for clothes and hair and stuff like that. And I have some mods
