So recently had to reinstall windows on my pc. Opened up Sims, mods won't show up. I thought it was weird, all my mods were still in the mods folder. Even so, i thought that maybe my mods were outdat...

I see that you have a few CC items in a mods folder. It would have been useful if you had included the path to this folder in the screenshot. It however looks like this is not the mods folder the game is using.
