My origin-id as a hashtag don't work in the gallery

Hello dear community! As I said in the title, my Origin-ID as a hashtag only works for my own creations. It is a mistake in the gallery. Another Simmer drew my attention to the fact that an awful lot of objects had been stolen from me. Why is that? What else can i do besides clearing the cache of the game and origin and getting the game repaired? There is still a problem in the gallery: If I select households with "No animals", only households with animals are displayed. If I select households with animals, nothing is found.
