my randomizer button is gone and I can't edit my sims gender and ect

hey so I've stopped playing my game for a few months and when I cam back on I seen my sim randomizer button was gone and I can't click my sim and change their gender, age, voice etc I do have cc but ...

Have you tried a vanilla game without any mods/cc?
Maybe your mods/cc is outdated after the latest patches.

  @inluvvwadrii Did the testing vanilla work? (Dragging Mods out to the desktop and deleting localthumbcache) If so, you can start by looking through Broken/Updated Mods for mods you need to delete or update. Delete the file call localthumbcache every time you remove or replace a mod, and check installation instructions on mod pages. If you still have problems after that, you can do a 50-50 on the Mods folder.
