My refrigerator and stove doesn't work in sims 4, but no lag

My sim's refrigerator and stove doesn't work. At first,  you couldn't click on th stove, but after I reset my game you can click on it but it doesn't show any commands. I created another sims 4 save file but it doesn't work. However, before my fridge and stove stopped working it was heavy lag. Now it's not lagging. I had mods which I  took out and repaired my game, when that didn't work I reset it. That didn't work either. It shows  last Uiexception

Please help.
