@kingklownie Last UI Exception files can't narrow down the cause. If you remove all mods and it works, try the 50-50 method (narrowing down mods, not building them up) to identify the culprit mods. Many mods can affect loading screens and UI without it being obvious that they do. And it's possible that the most recent version of a mod you have isn't actually compatible with the game. (Some of these are listed in Broken/Updated Mods under both "Broken Mods" and "Previously Broken".)
