My sim can't perform a cheerleading routine

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 190.368.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost everyone
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on the cheerleading mat
What happens when the bug occurs? I click on the mat but the option "perform a cheerleading routine" is grayed out. It says you must be 7 or less to perform, and I can see four others performing, but my sim can only perform solo
What do you expect to see? That the option "perform routine" is available
