My sim cant take a pregancy test

My female sim cannot take a pregnancy test. She was able to do it when she was not pregnant but as soon as she becomes pregnant the option does not pop up. Now the option never pops up. I did have MCC and Wonderful Whims and tried to test the game without those mods or any mods in general, but it still does not work. I even tried repairing my game, but the option still does not pop up. Whenever she did get pregnant, there was no milestone for when the baby was born. Please help me.

    @giggles8150 If you drag out the Mods folder and delete localthumbcache, then test on a new save, does it work? If so, test it after that one your regular game. Make a backup of your Saves folder just in case you save by accident too many times.

    @giggles8150 

    Once it is determined she is pregnant there are no need for further pregnancy tests. If you hover over the pregnancy icon below her portrait it will say what trimester she is in by default it takes 3 days.
