My sim can't take a pregnancy test

My sim can't take a pregnancy test, she definitely is because she's getting a lot of those pregnancy thought bubbles and the "throw up" interaction. I have only installed wckdwhms (it does have an option to get pregnancy info for your sim and it does say my sim is pregnant) and tons of cc, I already reset my sim with shift+click, reset the toilet the same way, tried multiple toilets, disabled mods and custom content, I moved the Mods folder to my desktop to make sure it wasn't the mods what were getting in the way, and they weren't because it's still not working. Can anyone please help?
