Hi @kimofry12 Looks like a broken skin mod, most likely, but could be some other piece of CC. There hasn't been a newly reported recently broken item doing this, but many old broken ones are likely still around on the internet. Unfortunately, your best option for isolated the issue is a 50-50 on your Mods folder.
