My sim died and i cant build

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim die of hunger (Idk if they have to be old)
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't build, Save, or Leave on the map
What do you expect to see? My sim died and i can't do anything outside the map the body was taken and I got the grave
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
