My Sim4 is unplayable (error and bug)

Every expansion pack, Game, and stuff packs = werewolf, wedding, Dream House Decorator, paranormal, star war, nifty knitting, Realm of magic, strangerville, Tiny living, Jungle Adventure, Vampire, Vintage Glamore stuff, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At the beginning of the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? After I downloaded the latest expansion pack (high school), I cannot choose colors for CAS (ex. skins, clothes, shoes, hair) and when I try to play in the world or try to build the house, every time I click on them, it will come back 'the world options' page. Thus, I try the rest of the world and none of them are working. I cannot play the sim4 at all right now.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to choose colors in CAS and be able to play in every sim world.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
These are errors I experienced. You can find them as I attached.
- @nayispun You seem to have some out-of-date mods, what do you use? List them if you can.
The most common ones that break are weerbesu UI mod and More columns as these broke with the latest patch
Slice of Life by kawaii stacie broke with this patch and radiophobes zodiac traits which cause an endless loop of taking you back to the map screen
