My Sims 4 Game Gets Stuck Traveling

Soo I have this save file that I've had forever and I was playing as one of the families in that save and everything was working besides the traveling. When I went to travel the plumbob would just keep spinning and spinning. I moved this household into a different house in Del Sol Valley with manage worlds and I've never had issues with that house lot. All of a sudden I can't even play as that household. It's just a spinning plumbob for 30 minutes and it never loads. On that lot it does let me go into build/buy mode but if I wanna play as that family it doesn't work. I'm able to play and travel as other families in that save but just this one is messed up. Please help
@JessDsy Try recovering a backup version of the save. Maybe one of them isn't borked like the current one.

If that doesn't help, try moving the household to a new lot through Manage Worlds. Don't save their house, at least not for now; the point is to see whether it works at all.
I tried doing it with a recovered save and it didn't work. I decided to go into the household of that lot and add the family I've been trying to play through cheats (testingcheatstrue) When I added the household to family it was them and the sim who was already in the household. I played and it went fine. Now I just went in to play as them and it didn't work. Idk why it's not because I added them through cheats.
I'm going to make the household that's messed up into a new household in manage worlds. I'll click on the house that I want them to live in and I'll see if that works and just add them to the house again (through manage worlds not cheats) I'll let you know how it goes.
I tried and it didn't work. No matter where I move these 3 specific Sims into it just doesn't load. Ive never had an issue with this and I've been playing as these Sims for a long time so I dont understand why all of a sudden those 3 Sims are messed up. I'm going to separate the 2 of them into their own households and see if I can figure out who the corrupted sim is bc I think that might be the issue.
I just realized also that I moved in a glitchy sim who was apart of my game (my Sims met him randomly in school) after they got engaged so he might be the issue. He was buggy bc I cheated him into the house and he wouldn't show up and he was on the bar at the bottom but it was like he was lost somewhere, but I did end up fixing it. I realllly hope he's just the problem.
