My sims 4 game hasn’t worked since infant update

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Idk but the newest it is
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions besides the newest one, I have all game packs besides Star Wars and strangerville and I have tiny living, kids room, toddler stuff, and laundry day
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In cas
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is broken as the screen is just white
What do you expect to see? I click new game and then the game is broken
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Ever since the update, my cas screen is white and I took out all of my mods and it is still the same. The game is up to date and I don’t know what else to do.

    @AllyGirl06  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

    If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
