My Sims 4 game keeps not responding

I am sorry that you are having these issues :(

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.

If the issues still remain, repairing the game may help. To do that, go to games library in Origin, right click on the sims 4 picture and click repair.

Try deleting the cache files and see if that helps

Hello, My sims 4 game won't work. I tried repairing it, updating it, and pretty much everything. I might give up now and never play the sims 4 again. A waste of $40.00

Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game

Try starting the game in windowed mode and see if that helps.

I'm having a problem where after I get to the sims 4 screen my game goes white and says that it's not responding. I've tried updating the game, repairing it, and removing my cc and mods. It works without the mods and cc but the second I add even one in, it doesn't work. Please help!

Same with mines i delete some mods

Make sure you have deleted everything in your cache folder and the localthumbcache.package file. If you are still having issues with your game without Mods, please go to the EA Answers Help Center.
