I'm having the same issue, on mac also and all the buttons for UI are wrong and once clicked the whole thing starts to not work like the build and buy mode as well as the save/settings menu.
I don't know what's going on but I hope that it'll fix itself or that there's a solution🥲🥲 and the only way I can exit the game is by using the command to pull up force quit
@vinesintime I fixed my game. If you have any mods, make sure that they're up to date, including UI cheats if that's something you have too.
