@vivideclipse12 First, the basic questions: are the mods all unzipped with a .package or .ts4script file extension? Are you sure you're (still) placing them in the correct Sims 4 folder, as in, the one the game is reading? Here's how to check:

Have you tried letting the game generate an entirely new Mods folder with a new resource.cfg inside?
If the above doesn't help, please redownload one mod using a different browser than before and test just that mod.
