My sims 4 wont load

I have around 6.3k files of custom content and my Sims 4 takes forever to load which I don't have a problem with but when I'm in the game and try clicking on a sim the pie chart takes 10 seconds or more to open. So what I tried to do was go through all of my custom content files and try to organize them more but now when I try to make a new game, it just gets stuck on a white screen. Which makes me have to restart my computer to get out of it. I’m not sure how to fix it, but I know it probably has to do with the custom content. I’m just wondering if there’s a better solution or an easier way to clear out the custom content, I don’t use or want anymore.
