My sims 4 won't open, It won't let me repair it and i tried going through my mods and one stuck out i=the childbirth mode said sync pending but it wont let me delete it because its said its open but idk what that means and it says the same for a couple things outside of my mods folder like for cashtr and other stuff that says that. I think the game is like open but like not on my screen idk i need help man i just wanted to play the new pack

I've moved your post to a more relevant board than EA General Questions.
When a file is opened by a program it can not be deleted. Likewise the game can not be repaired when it is running.
Restart your computer and before starting the game Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
