@domcampos07 Was the game saved after discovering this? Was this a new save or an established save with households already?

The game was saved after discovering, and the saved game I had was established with households

    @domcampos07 Okay.
    So I asked about whether or not it was saved since it is possible that saving it has now overwritten the file as having no Sims at all, which will only prolong the issue. It's possible that by not loading a previous save, that previous save will be unscathed after fixing the issue.
