My Sims Aren't Responding

I don't know why, but ever since I have started my game today the sims I have been playing with haven't been immediately responding to the actions I tell them to do, or they will go to do that action and just lag back to where they were BEFORE I gave them that command. I don't really know why this is, because it doesn't happen all the time  -- so like if I tell them to make a coffee, they might just do it. Then maybe after if I tell them to do it again they won't just do it, or either more likely lag right back to where the previously were -- but it's just recently started. I thought it might just be one of my mods but it wasn't, as it was the mod I've installed most recently. So now I'm going to test this on my other mods to see if this problem still occurs, but i just thought to report this problem as I just discovered it and was wondering if any of yous have had similar problems! 🙂
