My Sims body and face changing in live mode

In CAS my sims faces and bodies like how I made them but when I enter live mode their bodies and faces change. This started to happen after the update and I have updated mods that were broken and taken some out too. Plus my sims I made before the update and have played with are fine.

@Rat_Aimx Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
