My sims can’t interact with each other

Question

When ever I click on another sim, the only option that comes up is “More Options/Actions/View Profile”. I have take out all of my mods and CC but that is still the only Interaction I get. I have created an entirely new save game and labeled my old one “The Sims 4_Old”. When I insert my mods and CC into the new game with a new save file, all Interactions show up as normal. But when I inserted my save files into that new game, the only option I get once again is the “More Options/Actions/View Profile”. I don’t know what could be wrong and I really need help.&nbsp;

Also, I have done the 50/50 method and check that all of the mods that are currently in my game are up to date. I also have no mods conflicts as well

@Galaxywolf0417 This is most often caused by mods not being properly installed. Check installation instructions for anything that involves gameplay. Also, many mods that are neither cleared nor updated are likely broken. The other issue can be that your game is not properly up-to-date. Run a Game Repair in the EA App.
