My sims cannot interact or form relationships

My partner has over 500 hours on the sims so I really want to help him without having to start over. His favourite sim is unable to meet new people, build relationships, woohoo, and is uninteractable...

@aja9nifdstf8 what's your account name there ? I can't find anything under your ahq name and I can't find anything called ClassicSlassic in the gallery either.

That’s really strange. I reuploaded the family just to make sure. It’s by the account LegoHead78

    @aja9nifdstf8 Still no results found on that account as well. I'll check again later. Maybe there's some kind of delay.

      Maybe. I’ll also double check it uploaded, but I’m sure I did it. I hope that’s not glitching as well.
