My sims cant move stuff on the walls or plant boxes

One of my sims is a painter and i was trying to get them to out up their paintings but it wouldnt work, it would just go back to easel but i can put it in their inventory. Same thing with my other si...

@JAYSLILSIS 

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
