MY SIMS CANT PROPOSE/or BECOME ROMANTIC PARTNERS

I have 3 generations and every single one has had issues with proposing or even getting romatic partners, ive had to cheat, i have mods and cc, and im on PC. i need help on how i fix this, for the mods i have i have contacted them via discord and they are absolutley sure it aint there mods. i have tried a new save and it works fine its the current im having issues with. if anybody can help ill be greatful. also yes i know the interactions have moved, i searched for the interactions and they arent popping up,

    Emmajayne5865​ Regardless of what creators said, please do a "vanilla" test:  Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

    I found the issue after doing 50/50 they was a sneaky mod i was meant to delete hiding in my build folder, I knew the mod did this so I dragged it to delete it and I'm guessing i dropped it in build by mistake. So issue resolved ❤️
