My sims characters keep glitching after update

Every time I try to play as my household, they stand in the same position and keep moving their arms up and down. I can't give them any commands. I've updated my mods and tried to uninstall and reinstall the game completely. I also used a mod conflictor to get rid of any mods that might be causing my game to mess up. I've tried debugging my sims characters too and nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
