@myriahz Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
So, I have this problem too and I did the "vanilla" test and it is something in my mods folder, because the problem stopped. However, I have LOADS of mods and cc. How do I find the file that's broken?

@juliaosims You can start with the lists in Broken/Updated Mods & CC . There *will* be a new list tomorrow, because of a new patch, and many of the mods there will need new updates. The current list will still be available, linked in Mod/CC Issues master post .
