@jainx96 Did you try a game repair? Open Origin, click 'Game Library' then right-click Sims 4 > Repair Game. If that doesn't help you can try to reset the effected sim(s): https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/how-to-reset-stuck-and-unresponsive-sims-in-the-sims-4/
