Updated with the new patch 26/7/22 and then tried to move in a family from the galleryAll of the sims in my game have disappeared since updating the game. I can see them on the load game screen but otherwise they're all gone even the NPC's. I have tried updating mods and removing mods but that hasn't fixed anything. It seemed to happen as soon as I downloaded a family from the gallery and move them in, I went to go into the household and the game glitched and there was an error but the game crashed before I could read it.

@JessKimball93 Moving to game issues for troubleshootingHave you tried removing all your mods, delete localthumbcache file and then try on a backup Did you try the same save where they had already disappeared ?

@crinrict Yes I have tried all of this, I even tried an older save and the same thing happened.

@crinrict I have done more experimenting and started a new game which is working fine with the mods, so it isn't them that has caused this its something in the update.

Have you tried removing all your mods, delete localthumbcache file and then try on a backup

Did you try the same save where they had already disappeared ?

@Yomzie_hun Please start a new thread for your issue. If you use mods/CC, test vanilla first and go through Broken/Updated Mods & CC . If you don't use mods, please post in Game Issues .
