exk8lnmvrhm0 Typically a result of eye CC that wasn't updated for Aliens beginning fall of last year, or you (or someone else) put some default CC through a Sims 4 Studio batch fix.
Start by renaming your Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache. Then redownload fresh copies of eyes and default CC. See Previously Broken mods and CC for some known to still be broken.
