My Sims household won't load.

None of my sims households will load. My last exception keeps reporting that there is an error. The error is "Server\traits\trait_tracker.py." I don't know what this means. I don't know what to do. I just deleted tons of broken mods and some duplicate cc, but everytime i open a household or even create a sim and try to put them in the world, it loads for a while  before a last exception report pops up and the game tells me to relaunch. Help???????
