My sims icons at the bottom right are mixed up

Hello. I was logging onto Origin and it said that I needed to update my game so I wait and update it. I went onto the world im playing in, as soon as i get in, the icons are mixed around. Like where ...

@ix_soar yea that's happening to me right now Is your game normal again? if yes then what did u do?

@mariana102004 It's likely a mods issue. Please remove them and delete localthumbcache.package as well, and test.

    @mariana102004 Please move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be in the folder you've moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether things look normal in a new save.
    
    If not, please change the in-game resolution a couple times.
    
    If that doesn't help either, please post a couple of screenshots showing the issue.
