My sims keeps loading on loading for hours

Hi everyone,

I'm going to explain it as best as I can. My Sims 4 kept loading on the loading screen (the screen that shows after you select "resume" or "new game") and it kept loading forever. I've read all the helpful advice and guides on the forum but this constantly happens. I downloaded the majority of my mod for the mod manager and I don't know if that's the cause of crashing my game. However, my sister also plays sims BUT only downloads mod/cc on mods manager her game runs perfectly but mine keeps reloading for some reason.
