My Sims Will Not Complete Tasks after last Patch Update

Recently, My Sims will not complete tasks, they begin, stop and start wandering, stomping, crying or shaking their heads. They will not sit long enough to eat, finish homework or sleep when exhausted. I have reset using the reset FirstName LastName, I have Reset Using Reset Object (Debug). I have repaired the gave, resaved households. I can't play the game at this point, please help, its ALL Households, No Mods. If they travel to another lot, same thing. They will not complete event tasks in Dates or Gigs. Started after last Patch Update.
