i play sims 4 on my macbook and for some reason the skintones on my game wont changed. whatever skintone a sim has i just cant change even when i use cc the little skintone palette doesnt pop up. Do any of yall have advice on what i can do im seriously stuck and i miss playing 😭 if i need to show picture proof i can for any assistance :3
I suspect it's probably a CC item causing the problem. Since it only affects skin tones, then that would be the first thing I would look at. To figure it out for sure, try moving your mods folder to your desktop and then start a new game. When you get to CAS, see if the problem is still there. My guess is that it won't be. So, then, you're going to have to go through your mods and CC and find the item that is causing the problem. Chances are that it is an older item. Once found, either update it if the original creator has one available or remove it.

hi thank u for responding! i got a bunch of new skins after deleting a bunch i had and it just didn't work. i will attempt to fix it soon and if i can maybe i’ll show what the issue is :]]
