my stereo won't play music, even the different genre options won't appear?

so i was playing earlier and realized that whenever i click on a stereo it only shows upgrade on the pie menu instead of like turn on/off or listen to.... i don't know what to do.

    I forgot to pay my bills! I didn't even notice my power was turned off lol

@planetaery  Missing interactions and options are often mod related, so if you use any mods and CC, remove your Mod folder and delete the localthumbcache.package in The Sims 4 folder, and see if you can use them now.

    I'm not using mods or cc, just the dlc. The options just disappeared... I'm on ps4 reloading didn't solve it.
