EA's Great game guarantee does not cover packs so that you at one point refunded the Sims 4 itself has nothing to do with it.
What you show look like a result of broken mods. When you update the game you also need to make sure any Mods and CC are updated as well.
Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
If you look at other postings here you will see that there are several issues with this pack. I can recommend Carl's wedding fix mod that help with many f the issues. we can not link to mods here but you can google it.
