Name Baby not appearing

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? Version 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs except High School Years, Most Game Packs and a bunch of Stuff Packs and no Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have baby at hospital (Join)
What happens when the bug occurs? I had a pregnant sim give birth at hospital, but the Name a Child card didn't pop up. My sim then got up from the operation table, without a baby bump and went to lie on the operation table again. I reset my sim and the doctor, but nothing happened. My sim walked home without the baby or the bump. There is no baby in the family tree (which is 9-10 gens long). My sim can't try for another baby, because the game says there are too many sims in the household. However there are only 7 sims in my household. There is no baby on the lot or in the household inventory either.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have my sims give birth at the hospital without losing any sims.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I use no script mods (disabled) and only use cosmetic mods. I don't have MCCC

    An update on the issue:

    I played as a different household for some days and in the meantime, the sim had a baby. The household has Neighbourhood Stories disabled, so im assuming it is the same pregnancy from way before.

    Switching and playing a different household seems to have fixed the problem.

    Hi @IdaKatrine902 . It could be that a nonscript mod is interfering (it's not only script mods that can cause issues). If you load an earlier version of the save and play through that birth with an empty Mods folder, does it complete properly?

    I couldn't recover an earlier version before the birth. However I removed all mods from the game and repaired it. I had the same sim go through another birth the same way i did before, and this time there were no errors, and i could name the baby. It seems like this specific sim (the pregnant) is bugged and counts as two sims? My household limit is 7 with her in it. I've tried moving her out with other sims, and by herself, but she is still bugged. Very strange.

    That really is odd. I wonder if there's a mod that caused it at some point? If it ever happens again, with another Sim, maybe we can figure out which one did this - I could work from your mod list. You might wnat to check for updated versions of what you have anyway.
