Need help understanding how to get mods working in my game
Can anyone explain in simple terms how to get mods working on my games.

Package files that you download go into the Documents-Electronic Arts -Sims 4 -mods folder
If the cc folder that you download is zipped, then right click on the zipped folder, and click “ extract” . This will extract the package file/files to its own unzipped folder. Open up that folder, and copy/paste the package file or files into the Documents-Electronic Arts -Sims 4 -mods folder.
If it is a rar file, you will need a zip program such a 7 zip to extract the package files

If it is a script mod you are downloading, it is best to read the installation guide on the mod’s download site page.
