Affordability does not matter, nor does the number of beds. They just have to be furnished. So, when you cursor over them on the neighborhood screen, it has to have a number of bedrooms/bathrooms (technically, just bedrooms). So, if you grab a community lot and drop it down somewhere, you still have to change the lot properties so the number of bedrooms is there, otherwise the game still thinks the lot is unfurnished.
I tried making it based on affordability early-on but had problems getting to the value of the lot that you see on the neighborhood screen from mod-script as that screen is actually in C++. I could never find the value of an unowned lot that was available to mods to do this so I just went with a house-lottery giving away houses to people moving in. :smile:
