I'm not sure I understand the question? A baby/child or adult that dies before they reach YA? Is this a mod question for me or just a Sims 4 question in general? I'm not sure how an adult would die before they reach YA.
If you're a micromanager, with 1.0.8, you could turn off auto-pregnancy/marriage with the Pregnancy Percentage Adjustment of -100 and then do everything with marks and flags if you wanted. I have mine currently set-up that way with the days set to Monday through Friday pregnancy/marriage checks. I'll probably see about restarting in a new neighborhood soon, though, as I've been playing the same game forever. Time to go back to the Goth days! :smile:
Translations! I don't believe I have a Swedish translator! Italian, Korean, Spanish, Chinese, German, Russian, Portuguese Brazil...but no Swedish! It'd be great if you could do that!!
