Answered you on the thread, though I'm not sure if it helped or not! I'm running out for the afternoon, but hopefully if it didn't help someone else will be by.

My suggestion was just to make sure you unzipped everything and put them in the 'Mods' folder, without going any deeper into folders (just until you have it working correctly, at least). The format type changed since the last time, so I'm crossing my fingers it was just something as simple as unzipping the .zip file to get to the .ts4script files!
