[NEEDS SAVES] No option to cook Japchae
Cozy Celebration requires you to prepare Japchae to complete to quest, and my sims culinary skills are maxed out, but Japchae does not show up in the list of meals to cook.

When I looked in the stove and fridge by recipes Japchae wasn't showing in the spot where it should be. Is anyone else seeing this issue or trying to get this fixed? Need to cook this for the event quest thanks in advance!
