Neighbourhood Stories left a baby by itself in a house

Pretty much as the title says. I noticed today that one of the houses I had a family in previously was supposedly unoccupied. When I entered the house to edit it however there is a baby bassinet there with a baby in by itself. I can't delete the baby or do anything with it. Is there any way to stop this and how do I remove this undeletable sim?
