New cc wont show up in game

Not sure if anyone has had this problem before and can help but I use cc and mods in my game and all of a sudden the new cc and mods that i have been downloading aren’t showing up in my game. Everyth...

@ainsg16 You need to add the new cc to the folder the game is reading, wherever it says that folder is.

@puzzlezaddict Thanks i just looked and my sims 4 is on a hard drive so i moved all my mods onto the hard drive and it was working fine until suddenly they stopped showing up in game. I do have two mods folders though one of them is in the user folder which i just looked for using the link you sent me and the other is its own folder on the hard drive but this one houses my resource.cfg sorry if that makes no sense but just wondering what i should do about that
