New Lot Placing Bug!

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.129.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All as far as I'm aware
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try placing a house (unmodded) from The Gallery on a lot (here I'mm un the Copperdale World. Might mmatter).
What happens when the bug occurs? House is invisible. A box shows up like placing an object instead or if I had selected the other option instead of PLACE. Clicking the check didnt appear to do anything. However, after a few check clears it did flash me a message about "Cannot delete" something. The lot I was placing over however is 100% empty.
What do you expect to see? Game behaving properly.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Latest patch.

Additional note and test. Tried placing the lot (house) through Manage World. It succeeded after a few real hours,

My game currently is 100% vanilla. Not even MCCC.

 EDIT: Fixed my errors, sorry!

  • @nfsrpfan I've contemplated this one a bit.

    You can try the following:
    - Remove your mods and delete the localthumbcache file.
    - Start a new save
    - Check if you can place the lot. If you can't, try another lot, preferably a Maxis fave one.

If it still doesn't work, take out your entire The Sims 4 folder from your my documents, launch the game, start a new save and check again.

Can you see is any of this makes a difference for you?
