New Patch 3/15/22 Took Away My Wedding Events

The newest patch 3/15/22 took away all of my wedding events! I have tried to plan a wedding event via the calendar and the phone and when I hit the add wedding event, the pop up screen comes up blank with no options whatsoever to choose. I had MCCC and Carl's Wedding Fixes installed. I uninstalled both mods and am still having the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

I have tried to attach the save file but I cannot figure out how to do that.
